RETURN POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES: 

Our objective is to exceed the expectations of our customers. Our talented vendors do their very best to accurately describe each article we sell. Please inspect, and ask any and all questions before you purchase. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Disputes which cannot be settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in Carlisle, State of Pennsylvania.

RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNET SALES: 

You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 14 days after purchase. All sales are final after 14 days.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNET RETURN-FREE INSURED RETURN SHIPPING

Please contact us at 717-660-0999 to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a medium FedEx priority box if available and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return with FedEx, you must obtain a receipt from FedEx.

Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.
